About Tracy Payne

Tracy is a Founding Advisor with Engel & Völkers Knoxville. She knows the intimidating task of uprooting your family and moving from state to state or moving to the other side of town. In her 30 years of marriage, she and her family have made several moves due to job opportunities in her husband’s line of work, until they finally settled here in the Knoxville area over 20 years ago, where they now own 2 coffee shops and local wholesale Roastery in Knoxville, known as The Golden Roast. Tracy is well acquainted with hard work, long hours, commitment, and customer satisfaction in the workforce. Having also worked in the dental industry, on the high end of cosmetic dentistry, she knows the demands and expectations of high-quality work and a luxurious experience. She is known for a great work ethic and genuinely loves serving people and listening to their needs and wants. This work ethic combined with her love for beautiful homes and decorating has landed her in the business of helping others find their dream home. She listens to understand and is not afraid to tackle problems head-on with an optimistic outlook. Tracy is married to Don and they have 2 beautiful children. Tracy loves to work but when she is not working she loves spending time with her family and close friends. She tends to be a homebody and values greatly a home that is safe, comfortable, and beautiful. She knows how to create that oasis and will work hard to help you find that same kind of home for you and your family. Her ultimate goal in real estate is to inspire, encourage, and lead you home.
